| This
shelter is one of a series of buildings (a ‘family’)
Gregory Buregss Architects is designing for the Royal Botanical
Gardens at Cranbourne.
These structures concentrate, extend and compliment relationships
specific to their various sites so as to orientate, inform
and enrich visitors’ experience of place and themselves
in nature. Forms, materials, textures and colours vary according
to response to circulation, views to and from the structure,
surrounding microclimate and plantings and shelter and interpretive
requirements.
